    2Who covers the costs?
    Sie finden mich in meiner Ordination in 1090 Wien und in 3430 Tulln. Ich bin dort als Wahl- & Privatarzt tätig (keine Kassen). Es wird Ihnen vor Ort eine Honorarnote ausgestellt, die Sie bei Ihrer gesetzlichen Krankenversicherung für eine Kostenrückerstattung einreichen können. Entsprechend den Tarifen Ihrer Versicherung erhalten Sie einen Teil des Honorars zurückerstattet, bei vorhandener Zusatzversicherung für ambulante Leistungen wird Ihnen auch der Restbetrag laut Vertrag rückvergütet. Sie erhalten von mir eine Honorarnote, die Sie für die Kostenerstattung einreichen können und somit einen Teil des Betrages zurückbekommen. Sie können vor Ort bar, mit Bankomat- oder Kreditkarte bezahlen.
    3How does a surgery at Sanatorium Hera proceed?
    If surgery is necessary, I can refer you directly to Sanatorium Hera. Should surgery be required, I will perform it at Sanatorium Hera and can provide you with continuous care from the pre-examination through the surgery to post-operative follow-up. I would be happy to advise you in person.
    4How does the appointment scheduling process work?
    You can book an appointment by phone Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm or directly online. If you need to cancel an appointment at the practice, please notify me no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made later will incur the full cost of the appointment.
    5Wie viel kostet ein Termin?
    Die Kosten für die Erstordination betragen 160 €, die Folgeordination kostet 130 €. Die Bezahlung ist vor Ort in bar, per Bankomat- oder Kreditkarte möglich. Sollten Sie einen Termin nicht wahrnehmen können, bitten wir Sie, diesen mindestens 24 Stunden im Voraus abzusagen, damit wir den Termin anderweitig vergeben können. Bei kurzfristigen Absagen oder Nichterscheinen ohne vorherige Mitteilung müssen wir leider eine Ausfallgebühr berechnen. Vielen Dank für Ihr Verständnis.
